Tarifa Hotels
There
are not that many Tarifa hotels and especially in high season months availablity
is scarce. But if you book well up-front you normally won't have a problem.
We have made a list of recommendations for the hotels. These are hotels
we would especially recommend and we have listed them for you below.
Most of the hotels are located just outside Tarifa along the sea front
and close to some of the popular beaches such as Valdevaqueros. The spot
for kite and windsurfers. If you are not a surfer then there is enough
space for you on other beaches close to the hotels.
If you prefer to be inside the town of Tarifa then you can find Tarifa hotels under the location Town center or Old town (in the little grey bar). The advantage here is that these Tarifa hotels are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and to the beach and a big advantage is that you are already in town in the evenings and do not sit in traffic jams to try to get in and to park!

outskirts of the old town within the old 12th century walls at very easy
walking distance to the restaurants.
The very stylishly decorated suites are grouped around a central courtyard.
Each suite is fully independent, but there is a pleasant air of 'sociability'
and you will meet the owner and fellow guests on the roof terrace over
a glass of wine...

Hurricane hotel is one of the most popular hotels in Tarifa Spain and
is built in a mixture of Morrocan and old Californian style. It has a
very 'laid-back' atmosphere. The lush and tropical gardens surrounding
the hotel lead directly to miles of unspoilt beaches. There are 2 swimmingpools
and a gymnasium and a fantastic beach bar popular for its lunches. It
is very difficult to get a room here as the hotel is very popular. Early
reservation is recommended.

Tres Mares in Tarifa is located opposite Tarifa's best kite and windsurfing
spot but seperated from the beach by the national road.
The atmosphere in Hotel Tres Mares is very laid back - hence the reason it being called Chill-out hotel.

you arrive you really feel you are right in the heart of Andalucia.

you arrive at hotel La Peña you feel as if you arrive in
an oasis. You will find the hotel at the foot of the mountain La
Peña.
This former Andalusian farmhouse - fully restored in the year 1988
