Stylish and Contemporary. These can be empty words, too often used. But in Hotel Punta Sur, they fit. The decor is unique and arty in a Gaudi get’s tamed way.

Punta Sur is unlike it’s more conservative sister- the Hurricane - but as with them both you’ll find the Punta Sur directly off the N340. In fact most of the Tarifa hotels lie off this road. So this is not a bad thing, because for any other road you’ll need a tractor. It’s that unspoilt.

Walk through the great lobby, pass the breezy bar and restaurant, you’ll be greeted by a mountain of national park rising up to the sky. This hotel sits at it’s feet.

In the grounds you’ll find a large swimming pool and tennis courts surrounded by lovely gardens and a small lake complete with it’s own wild life. The one down side, is you have to cross the busy road for the beach.

The rooms, all comfortable and clean are varied. Doubles, suites and cabins. What they have in common is their individuality and design.

At night the sounds of the garden are wonderful and the smells uplifting. The restaurant’s, food is fantastic. Seafood, especially. The staff are friendly and of course love if you speak Spanish, at least try after all this is Spain!
