"What a find!" |
|||||||
Not a hotel, but hey, what a find. We were trying to find something in the town and wanted to stay in La Sacrista, but on a search on the internet, felt the rooms to be a bit small. We were suspicious of nearby guesthouse Dar Cilla as an alternative, as we thought, how come this is such a great price and looks nicer than the 'Hip' listed hotel. Well, suspicions be gone! It is bigger and a better price than Sacrista, but it's also less noisy and gives you greater freedom with their more spacious apartments. We felt we were staying in our own tasteful home (so stayed four more times!!) And the girls looking after you, you felt they were friends letting you into the latest news as opposed to the efficient managers that they are. As Dar Cilla
are apartments, there's no food, but there's lots of great places
to eat nearby to discover, which can be missed if you stay outside
the town in one of the more well known hotels. Tapa heaven and
Café con Leche paradise! Parking can be a pain in August.
That's the worst we could say! |
