is one of the villas in Tarifa Spain with pool located on the
mountain of La Peña, close to the Hurricane Hotel. If you
are looking for something special you just found it. Basically
the best position in Tarifa overlooking the private plot of beautifully
landscaped gardens of 10.000 sqm, the beach, the Atlantic ocean
and Morocco. The views just simply can’t be beaten... |

This Tarifa apartment / house is located at only 1 minute walk to the beach. After entering this gated holiday urbanisation you end up in some lovely communal gardens where each home has its own front yard, great for some sun lounging or to have a barbeque when coming from the beach. You can opt to take your sun loungers to the pool area and relax at the communal pool built in a tropical style. |

resort is built on the grounds of a former watermill which is
still present though not functioning anymore. The complex comprises
of a total of 6 apartments sharing a communal pool and sauna.
The complex is situated in beautiful natural surroundings on
the mountain of la Peña at a 2 minutes drive from the
sand dunes and the most popular kite and windsurf beaches. |

La Casita is diminutive in size and is beautifully designed

Cilla is unique of its sort in Tarifa. It is located on the
outskirts of the old town within the old 12th century walls
at very easy walking distance to the restaurants. The very stylishly decorated suites are grouped around a central courtyard. Each suite is fully independent, but there is a pleasant air of 'sociability' and you will meet the owner and fellow guests on the roof terrace over a glass of wine... |
The
Hurricane hotel is one of the most popular hotels in Tarifa
Spain and is built in a mixture of Morrocan and old Californian
style. It has a very 'laid-back' atmosphere. The lush and tropical
gardens surrounding the hotel lead directly to miles of unspoilt
beaches. There are 2 swimmingpools and a gymnasium and a fantastic
beach bar popular for its lunches. It is very difficult to get
a room here as the hotel is very popular. Early reservation
is recommended. |
Hotel
Punta Sur is a family friendly hotel located outside Tarifa
(7 mins. by car) but close to the trendy beaches and beachbars.
This all on one level hotel has its rooms spread out in the
lush tropical gardens. These gardens are used by the restaurant
to serve very fresh and tasty food in a natural and peaceful
atmosphere. The swimming pool is an ideal place to relax. |

About Tarifa Inside Out and Round About - By an insider
This is the book I personally should have liked to find when we
first came to Tarifa twelve years ago. I didn’t find it, so
I decided to write it, hoping it will help others to optimize their
time and their lives in this wonderful part of the world with a
great climate (wind included).
