This villa in Tarifa Spain is located on the mountain of Las Pinas between Tarifa and Bolonia. By car you need only ten minutes to get to the beach of Las Dunas. It has a beautiful ocean view and on a clear day you can see the third moutain chain of Morocco from there. The countryside house has big gardens of over 7000 sqm.

Some 20 years ago, the owners bought the house, which then was a bread bakery. This bakery supplied bread for the workers of the whole area. The oven was as large as the original house, and can still be used. The house as is, is entirely built of nature stone, which they collected from from the surroundings.

As more houses in the Natural park of Tarifa, the house is self sufficient. The electricity comes from sun and wind energy and the owner has a developed a genius system to switch on the lights throughout the entire house just by pulling one rope.

The house is built with a lot of love and it sits comfortable in its natural surroundings.

While sitting outside under the 100 year old vines, you will have beautiful views of the surrounding country side .

The large bathroom has a bath and a shower and you can look at the sea through the window. The kitchen and living room are connected by a bar that also serves as dining table, in case you prefer to eat inside. There is also a barbeque available.

The house has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds downstairs and on the first floor you will find the master bedroom, with a large double bed.

The power from wind and solar energy will be continuously recorded and measured. In every room there is an indicator that indicates whether there is enough, which normally always is the case), though there is a generator for emergencies.
