This Tarifa apartment is located in a private urbanisation opposite Valdevaqueros, Tarifa's most popular beaches for kite and windsurfing. The sand dunes are only 2 minutes away and Tarifa town is a 10 minutes drive.

This complex is built on the grounds of a former watermill which is still present though not functioning anymore.

The apartment is accessable after climbing a small staircase which leads you to the terrace. The terrace has beautiful views to the natural surroundings and the sand dunes in the distance.

After lowering some stairs you reach the sauna which is located next to the apartment.

The complex comprises of a total of 6 apartments sharing a communal pool. The swimming pool is 12 by 5 meters. Around the pool there are some sun beds and tables, perfect for a relaxed day at the pool.

Chalet 1 measures 100 m² (328 ft²) of living space, and is one of the largest apartments on this resort. Tastefully furnished, the apartment has a spacious living room. The dining area is connected to the kitchen. A fireplace and central heating make for a pleasant stay any time of the year. Two furnished terraces complete the living space. One of the terraces provides a lovely view of the Valdevaqueros beach and of thegarden area with its “chill-out” space.
The apartment is equipped with SAT-TV and WiLan.
