Deep Tissue Massage

A deep and relieving Swedish massage, using essential oils to help relaxation and circulation. Deep friction and locating acupressure points relieve knots and muscle tension. This, combined with stretching and direct or functional manipulation of the bone structure if needed, re-establishes the blood and oxygen flow in the body. A further combination with craneo sacral osteopathy and auricular therapy (acupuncture applied to the ear) is an integral part of my therapy.
